it is better to select a moderator frm country vise..
For example select a moderator frm Maldives, India, Bangladhesh etc.

For File Futuring some moderatores are nt fair..!! They are Following their own rules.. Nt m9 rules Example i have uploaded many theme makers themes some of the selected as a Futured by 3 previews or less than that by one of the best file futuring moderator of m9..
But another moderator is nt selecting my themes which have more than 20,000 downloads and 22 favorites it is a popular file.. That person told my theme will never select as a futured.. cox of less preview that person told me i must have more than 7 previwes.. I told that person that theme is made by nt me thats a theme makers theme so its difficult take that mauch preview.. I told if i have created my own theme sure i will make that much previw.. And my Colloections are also nt selecting that person as a futured.. But the other hand another moderator select them as a futured.. So i think that person has personal problem with me.. I hope am clear..

But i should tell you that m9's moderators are good especially my friend yoyocell.He is very much active,friendly and helping everyone.

Yahh yoyo is the best gallery moderator on m9 in my opinium.. But Am talking about file featuring Moderators... I Am worried about their unfairness..!!!
I hope yoyo bro will take a look on this problem..

I don't know who else is assigned to this job, but regarding that featured thing, definitely there are certain discrepancies here, but I'm not on here for a battle

but we have to mention if a moderator are doing bad things and unfairness with personal problems..
So Admins have to take a look on these kind of problems.. As you knw M9 is generated by the helping M9 members in my opinium.. knw a day most of the members are feeling bad with these kind of problems.. So if m9 members stopped uploading and lept frm here this site will go down in my opinium..!!

Certainly.. Vadheeu is right.. If M9 has to grow even more better, then it has to look into improvising on the way the uploaded files are treated by the moderators..
