I want to ask on how can we change the size of the picture(jpeg or gif) that is inside the .thm file??
Or can we change directly the theme for k-700 to s-700.

nope, for the time being there is no automatic resizing, you'll have to do it manually yourself.
In most cases you won't want to auto-resize anyway as the image will be slightly stretched/shrunk, distorted anyway

To get to the pictures inside a .thm file use winrar to open the .thm file.
But make sure you're not changing anything on the theme (aside from resolutions) or claim it to be your own without the consent of the original author.
