i downloaded this to my pc and when i sent it to my 6230 mem card to play it it says not supported please help

If it is a mp4 file, the nokia 6230 will not play it..because they don't support the playback of mp4 format files. It has to be a .3gp file.

The Nokia 6230 will play both mp4 files and 3gp files, it is just the audio quality that is stopping it from working, as the Nokia 6230 will only allow a max spec of mono, 12.2 kbps or lower, 8khz. However the picture quality seems to be ok at any bitrate, so you can have the picture quality, but just not the sound still if you turn your volume down a touch it comes through very clear :D
