Everytime I try to download the software for making themes for my 7610 from the nokia forum I get this message:

"Due to U.S. Export Administration Regulations, you are not authorized to download this file. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you."



Can anybody give me this file please?

How do I go about doing that? Any links please?

Has anybody got this and how do I go about getting it please help???????

Google 'anonymous proxy' or something of the like. It will basically hide your IP so they won't know your location.
