hellooo im new to the 7610 and new to this board, so pretty much an all round newbie!!

well firstly id like to say a huge thankyou for this board existing, i got 2 lovely themes on sunday and was so impressed that i went through old posts and downloaded the software to have a go myself

ive just finished my first theme and ive got an almighty headache, but i got there!
and i would love to get it uploaded here so i can try it on my phone, i know spoonfeeding is frowned upon but ive been at it for 5 hours so if anyone wants to take pity on me and tell me what to do next i would be there best friend possibly forever

anyway i have to catch up on the chores i havnt done ie the kids have no sheets on beds and its half an hour past bedtime

just one more thing , the preview what format does it need to be in? jpg gif ect or does it not matter and do i just take a screen shot then trim it?

@looseeee: preferbly jpg. And take a screenshot and trim it to 160 in height. Follow the size of other previews you see in the Nokia 7610 themes section and you should be alright.

ive now put it on my phone and have decided im not happy with the icons, if they all changed it would be fine but most do, some dont and its a bit annoying!!
if i remake it without setting any icons will it use the default ones from my phone??

Yes it will,

And you dont need to re make it,just open up the theme in theme studio and click finish or create .sis and then just uncheck the 'icons' option when saving and a new .sis file will be created without your icons.
