when ever i press java software while browsing m9 from my mobile, this displays
you don't have permission to access index.php

I think because you still have not activated your account

Your are still in validating group. First activate your account from pc.

Yes you have to go to your e-mail account that you have provided while registering at m9, and activate the account.
