yes, you can use animation shop pro or imageready to convert video to animated gif files.

Hey does anyone know how come when I download .gif images to my K700i, the gif file does not animate on my phone?
Any software to do animated wallpapers/screensavers?

may be because it only has one slide does it animate on your computer????

It is because u are attempting to set the animated gif as ur wallpaper.. it doesnt work like that..
