Now you can have your very own personal blog on Mobile9.



Basically you can write anything on your blog, and members of the forum (not guests) can view them and even leave a comment.

Access your blog thru your My Controls. To see a list of available Blogs, click on Blog link just beside the 'Help'.

Currently this feature is available to:
1) senior & junior admins
2) certified themers
3) users with > 200 posts

Blog links will be added to homesite later. For now, shameless self promotion.

We hope this feature will enhance your experience in M9.

Dont think I will ever use it though!!! I just dont think that people whould actually be interested on how many times my 4 month daughter S***ed on me!!!

If I were you I'd probably run a baby photo album in my blog...

Anyway, 200 posts is reasonable imho, there's no real reason why people who have not posted much (= contributed much) to the forum should blog, nor is there any real reason why people who have only just signed up (=not proven themselves, they may not even stay) should have a blog.

When you're active, 200 posts is not much.

@Atalantos, that is what i originally thought however that wouldn't make sense as there are a lot of blogs by members with less than 200 posts for example devil-fish and aminesmi

In settings also says partial members can make blogs as well so i think the 200 post thing is out of date

Try going to http://www.mobile9.com/invboard/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=00 and seeing if there is a button for creating a blog there. There is one somewhere i just can't remember where as i made mine years ago.

I dont have this button, but access so _My Controls_ my blog, and the menu Community Blog: Your Blog Settings,
appears message "indicating that I dont have permission contact administrator" waiting... anyway thanks for your attention to my post!!!
