Waddup ppl, for some reason i cant upload an avatar or something else

hi there bijl Your avatar must be no bigger than 100 pixels by 100 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 10 KB.
The following file types are allowed: jpg,gif

I made it 101 136 but still i cant. its like: i upload it, then it says drag a box. i go to save image and then im back at the page wich says upload avatar. and it keeps going like this

But that's because you use the phone when uploading,
But there is one way to upload your profile photo via phone,
Ie changing the image size to 100x100 pxl,
With change the size, your photo will be directly attached to your profile
