hello, actually it's not real information, as we have seen that in processor speed have nokia 5800 is 434mhz, but you will ask why the x-Plore written 192mhz, it's because there are several applications in the open and also when your phone life will be at the lower speed 50%. 
as we know also that many applications that run mobile phones will also slow us ---->> (in the sense that the more we run the applications at once will reduce the speed of a mobile phone)

see yr ur have the same speed i.e, 434mhz but the thimg is that the speed of ur phone depends on how much application u open at a time.......
and how much size application u open at a time...okk...
so dont worry if u wanna see how much speed is on ur ph. just download the application speedy go! and see the speed......
and the x-plore is not gud for measuring the speed of ph. okkk.........
just close all the application running in background.......or do one thing format ur ph. and den see the speed....
u will be shocked ur ph. speed wiil be increased..... any problem regarding ur ph..just mail me

Don't Panic about it ,some software shows that the phone has 192Mhz cpu.
