That happens sometimes. Try to upload with your own preview. You can get the preview from Carbide. Try to avoid automatic system. Or you can wait for AW's reply as you posted her wall already. Otherwise I'd tell you to contact her. And don't worry. It's a system bug, it'll be fixed soon.
