Hello,

Almost everytime i want to post a reply or a topic, i got this message:

The error returned was:
Flood control is enabled on this board, please wait 5 seconds before replying or posting a new topic

Sometimes i need to wait for 15 minutes before i can post again to the forum.
Are there more members having this?
And what can be done to solve it?

I have the same problem.

When I got rhis massage, I go to previous page and then I try to post it again.
I am doing it untill the reply is posted.

Yes that is what i do also,,,,

the blocking is supposed to be intended for preventing one user from posting too many topics all at once without reply from others. Going out of forum and re-entering also solves this problem.

Yes...its a real pain.... can't even say thanks to all those who came forward to solve our issues...

generally i used to get a lot of those messages when i was a partial /member's
but when i became a super member i can post 5-6 posts simultaniously
and not for a while i haven't got flood control error
just forgot abt it now

for member's -200 posts (pm facility )
for supermember's -500 (faster and more comments )

There is another annoying alert, it doesn't happen all of the time, but right after logging into the forum, I press the 'View new posts' button (top right side of the screen) and it alerts that I should wait for 25 seconds before doing another search! I don't know why if it's the first search that I am trying... well it doesn't happen all the time but it really gets annoying... same as the 'wait five seconds to post another reply' alert....

Jajaja there it goes... it didn't go after the first attempt...

waited for 15 seconds... second attempt...

waited for 20 seconds more... third attempt...

I'll wait for another minute... fourth attempt...

OK, let's give it 2 minutes more... fifth attempt...

EDIT: Well it finally went after five attempts... hope to make it to Supermember soon!
