Hi .........

Came across this news recently that those mobiles which are touch screen ones are proving harmful to human health. Coz the virus that gets into the mobile creeps to human body taking the advantage of touchscreen. It has also been reported it may prove fatal in some cases.

I have a feeling the questioner meant that phones are germ sponges, and it's possible to get sick or catch viruses through the surface of the phone. That's not limited to touchscreens, but all devices. It's not about 'computer viruses' getting into people...silliness.

I recall seeing news stories (the kind where they use the swabs and look at the bacteria in a petri dish) and cell phones in particular can get pretty nasty.

So, wipe them down once in a while!

Must agree with the comments above. It not only applicable to touch screens but to anything that we use in our daily life. So that much is true. Fatal ... eh.
You probably have a better chance of being hit by lightning twice on the same day and live to tell about it.
Chances are that something else will kills us long before all them germs have their way with us. That is not to say that you should not clean your phone. By all means clean your phone everyonce in a while. Depending on your use and where you place it when you put it down. You might need to clean it every day.
