I'm sure you're very familiar with situations where for one reason or another, your spouse/family members/friends asked to take a look at your phone and play with it. Perhaps you just bought a new hot phone, or you happen to have a phone people around you planning to buy. Maybe it's the games in your phone that they are very interested in trying out. Many many more.
Question of the week: Would you let someone else play with your phone? If the answer is no, how do you reject the request to have your phone?

Hi Arthur,
Sorry to assume few things - First hoping yours is the new kind of mobile phone which has security feature of Password lock where it unlocks the phone only after a 6-8 digit password. Second I guess the only way to keep the phone away from such miscreants (Yes I call them Miscreants because they invade the person's privacy & in today's world a mobile phone has become as much private as bathing in the bathroom by yourself) by telling them that you are expecting an important official call and would like the mobile phone to be with you all the time. Third I think you could install many of the security software available on the net here on mobile9 or getjar or any other mobile site which will provide you with all types of S/W for your phone.
I hope I've answered your query though its largely incomplete to include the answer to any pestering from the doubting spouse.....

Cheers,
T.

I hate it when someone plays with my phone, so if they want it I tell them that they don't understand this kind of phones. And it's true! A friend of mine has a Windows Mobile phone and still hasn't figured it out completely. I needed only a few days!

Well,I wont let the phone to get in their hands.if they ask me,i'll begin to hear music or play games in my phone. If they continue to ask, i'll move away from the place pretending I am not hearing them. but if we fight they will suspect if I am having any secret(anything I don't want to let them know, ummm my 'private things') in my phone.GO PEACEFULLY

My daughter usually grabs my phone while I'm driving the car. I've gotten to the point that I don't put anything on my phone that I would not let my immediate family see. But it is funny how when I ask to see her new G-1 phone, the answer was flat out NO! So I waited until she was asleep. She's right, it's a cool phone.

Nov 11 2009, 04:57 AM
Yeah.I need to say Yes.How can you reject each and every person who tries to have a look at the mobile? I don't think it is a right thing to stop someone from playing with my phone.
I may say the word play it safe depending upon the situation.
Although,it is my mobile, one kid comes and says that he will play the games for a few minutes, then I would say ok.
It depends on a particular human.I would definitely let someone play with the phone.

Well it depends, if he wanna play football with my phone I don't think so

.....
Sorry for joking, well, seriously I usually try to give my phone to any one who wants to try it. But I ask him to do it soon and in front of myself. And if I don't want to give my phone to the person.....hmmm...... I usually say I have to go right now
