nice theme to start with. but first of all. your theme contains nudity. it will not be allowed on Mobile9. after that when it comes to the theme i would say :

your theme lacks functionality if you can fix that it will look much better. secondly i would say you keep your theme consistent the highlights are looking weird the balck area of the highlights needs to be removed then it will look better. the color combo of red and green does not suit your alien. but still not a bad effort if you are theming for the first time..

im sure you can make great theme if you try harder and harder.
