Can... Just install a GBA software and play or transfer GBA Game and GBA Software to CPU And play...

where would i get that? i would gladly do so if you could point me in the right direction

Do you have VisualBoyAdvance software in your CPU???
If you have, just download the GBA files and transfer to your CPU and PLAY!!!

I meant for mobile phones. and why the hell was this post moved here in the first place? the whole reason i had started this topic was for MOBILE emulators and for me to upload the games of the titles you all post here. not BEYOND MOBILE...which is the probably the reason you were confused in the first place. i originally had this topic in the downloads/games section. not very smart of the mods to move it...
