i have a problem with my W910i.sometimes when i opened application or games my phone will hang and shutoff by itself and switch on back..why?is there any solution?

It's simply the problem in the phone software. Sometimes you will get WSOD and the phone will never start as the phone software has corrupted. Usually WSOD occur to get rid of phone software being corrupted.
I advice you to update your phone software to a new one using SEUS.
I have the same problem and think that the problem is the software
