Hi,
I am using Nokia 3230. I have taken it from my brother and so I need to reset the phone to factory settings so that I can customize it for my use.

The problem is, when I try to restore it to it's factory settings, it asks me for a Lock Code. The Default code of 12345 doesn't works, 0000 doesn't works. He had never set any type of code in it.

So it's a problem here. Nokia PC Suite doesn't gives any option for to do that.

While searching online, I found Nokia Code Resetter, which asked for my IMEI number and gave me a code, i tried that code but still of no use.

Any help?

why dont you try updating the firmware, that may reset the phone

connect you phone to your PC and use Nokia PC suite to update the phones firmware

But it has real player in it and it has a very low sound. Any good quality MP3 player for nokia 3230 that can give me some options for enhancing sound quality like a equaliser etc will be of great help

i think that buy a new memory card.
