Pls. can anyone make a nice and impressive theme (4 which u guys are knows for) out of the pics. i am attaching with the post.

Pls. don't laugh as it's a cartoon character Johnny Bravo and this theme is required by my friend who owns a Nokia-6600.

Also, is there any software for making themes for Sony and Nokia which runs on Windows 98??? Kindly suggest one. I would also like to try my hand on theme making.
