Haha lol, I am sorry but it is funny to me

I mean how smart do you have to be to put your boss as FB friend, and than write status like that. But on the legal side, she can't be fired because she is expressing her opinion publicly. But I am sure he found plenty of mistakes she made as a reason to fire her ... lol still funny tho

It pretty much depends on what you wanna do... if you want to speak freely, don't add your boss... if you want to add your boss, try not to speak so openly about your job...
