Some of the artists at DA use Creative Common license which specify whether you can use the artwork and how you can use it.. ..The best is always ask the artist's permission.. ..

Can try Flickr. Basically what I did was go to advance search, on the bottom of the page there is a Creative Commons field, I checked the "Only search within Creative Commons-licensed content" & "Find content to modify, adapt, or build upon".

The three pictures are all good to go. If it's me, I will take 2nd or 3rd wally.

I think it is looking good. Matching the softkey color with the orange sky will make the theme a little too orange imo. So green for me is good. Looking forward seeing the rest of the theme.

at the top right side is dark compare to left side and the soft key is little bit small it didn't covered the wallpaper
