press the print screen in ur keyboard, then if u have a photoshop, create a new file and then press ctrl+v (paste) or u can use Paint if u dont have a photoshop.

i haven't use carbide, but i guess it's gotta have a screenshot fascility, like in other theme creators... u can also use ACDSee screen capture to capture your theme in carbide, then cut it. or easiest is, have screenshot software in your phone...if u r using symbian
