My dear friend, take a look at what you did before asking if it's fitting the topic or not. Sorry, I dont want to offend but your theme is not readable at all. Why you are not begining with some simple and basic colors putting the functionality and readability at the first place. And then you can make some complicated craft with high readability.
Make the desktop wallpaper more dark with satin option (or with a transparent dark layer) to increase readability. Or you may use blur to create a more bright but smooth wallpaper. The standby wallpaper is ok as it is but you should make a new softkey and preferably on its default dimensions.

the wally is nice..plz read respected vswindwalker's comments and the theme has readbilty issues..i will suggest you to check other's work and thus u will get the idea..how to work with text color and softkeys..hope it helps..

Hey hi nice try its looking good but i think u should improve it for better look
I think you should change the text color coz its not readable and u can also change the pop ups or else try to make it transparent with the help of photoshop cs2 & cs3 and If u'll try something different for tabs thn it will really look good
