It's a wallpaper but please read the topic carefully, you need to make your own wallpaper.

Step 1: Pick your favourite quotation (collection of famous quotations) OR come up with your own slogan (it can be anything like "I'm tired of working", "I love mobile9", get some inspiration from typetees, we are also in the process of designing mobile9 T-shirt so if you can think of a good slogan for mobile9, use it, we might print your slogan on those T-shirts if they are good.)
Step 2: Make a wallpaper based on that quotation/slogan (you can only use text effects, plenty of tutorials out there. No image is allowed.)
Step 3: Use your wallpaper to make a theme

I couldn't spot any difference between the two wallpaper. Aren't they the same, just one smaller in size?
