in my country is called mostly as one of the first provider "pelephone" but because of the concorrence we call it "cellulary"...NICE LITTLE THING! HAHAHAHA!

"Móvil" or "teléfono". You can use any of them equally.
In Romania we call..."mobil" or "telefon"...and some time both together "tefefon mobil"...

in iraq there are many names for mobile phone
1- mobile (in english)
2- telephone (in English)
3-calling device (and some times just "device") in arabic it is "Aljehaz"
4-"Nakal" it is means Mobile in Arabic
but 95% are using #1
