you can make a group on m9, if you get approval from Admin team. You need to give us good reasons, and purpose of your group. And we will discuss them.

Why not consider joining one of the current groups, check out each of the group requirements and see what you think you can fit in.
remeber you can only join 1, and applying to more then one is frowned upon:

but i think that is better for me to retoune in my groupe in an other sit ..making groupe here bring a lot of boring thing that i'm not ready for for that and also the rules make u feel like in a prison ..
-do not write in frensh or in arabic ..and so many else ..

it may be boring but the rules are there for a reason, you need to speak to the admins in order to creat a new group.
if you go ahead an create a group with out their permision they will just warn you and probably deleate your forum etc.
There are many non english speaking people in this place, (i would say a majority are non english speaking) but english was chosen as a common language for all of us, most people in here speak it as a second or third language.

if thats what you want to do then leave.
but rather give it a chance, M9 is expanding currently english was the only language, chinese was added recently its only a matter of time before other languages such as french get added.

Yea, correct. But even then the speaking language at the forum will be the more common to the majority of users, English.
Now, if you want to post in French, then u can open a group here named it as u like and use the French language

@deathface
Let me get one thing straight here. If you want to make a group like Mos, H and so, so it belongs in Group subforum. Than the rules apply. But if you just want to open a topic, for example " French group" be my guest. In there you are free to write on French as much as you wish.

you are free to create a forum for french speaking people , (i think you already created that)
but whe replying in other forums you need to reply in english
