Nokia has that thing called symbian. Thats what i like. But for me SE is far more user friendly

u know Sony erriscson is easier but Nokia is more functional

Internal construction, firmware and manufacture quality are higher in Nokia phones, I'm not saying SE are bad, but I would put them in a 2nd or 3rd place among all brands... although for its flexibility in programming I rather Motorola

A Sony Ericsson phone is better than a Nokia because it is easier to personalise.

Both companies are at halt the past few years, but Sony Ericsson and Samsung are showing new, interesting models (like SE Satio and Samsung Omnia HD)! Nokia is still a few years away!

I'm sure here to support SE but i wonder when we SE users will be able to run symbian applications(*.sis,*.sisx)..??
and one more BIG POINT in which nokia can never match SE is in the music quality ...the XpessMusic series of nokia can hardly catch up with sony walkman series when it comes to MUSIC..So go on thump thumping with W-series!!!

Sony is Pricy, Walkman branded phones have nothing to do with thier Audio Quality, choice are a bit limited, the only good thing about SE is style and user interface (A200 OS)

Nokia is affordable, Wide available, Support Smart OSs (S60, Meamo), Simpler. but sometimes their UI is Outdated

i think nokia is better... i didnt have any but i used both extensively thus finally nokia is more durable than sony... sony is delicate so is nokia but all have their own speciality


1) nokia affordable,durable,supreme quality, can bear a reasonable number of drops on hard floor... superb ui's
2) sony erricson is more good in music and camera, but delicate but with good number of features
3) samsung good screen clarity,good camera,but bad ui and too delicate
4) motorola good in innovation its best style phone
5) others suck need to be more competitive....

finally (i didnt rate them in the above order)
i decide NOKIA as the best for an average Indian... still my cousins use se...

I prefer SE, although Nokia has been in the industry for the longest time and is one of the pioneers so they have established their name and reputation. It's just that i find SE to have more value for money. I bought a w995 from timtechs several months ago, the phone is great! camera, music and all. and i don't know but from my experience, my SE phones are more durable and last longer than Nokia.. or maybe it was just coincidence

I have to say that Sony Ericsson is great and Nokia is also great.
Sony Ericsson need to wake up a bit because their USB cables are too short.
When i plug in my cable to the phone it doesnt always respond so it is extremely annoying.
