Well you can do it several ways

heres the link to the theme:

you can enter that link directly in the wap browser on your phone and it will download it and put it in the themes folder where you can select it.

or you can download it to your computer by clicking on the link here - and then transfer the theme to your phone using either infrared or bluetooth.
