Ok for starters, if this is only a first theme for you, you have done quite well
, i like how you have tried to use different shapes to your highlights.................. now as for improving it, there are some problems i see in it, there are ...
1 - The title bar images are too restricted in size, certain words will overlap your graphics.
2 - The main standby and navigation, desktop etc image is not that eye catching, certainly different, but when theming for a competition, you are better off using images that others will also enjoy, something many can relate to etc ...
3 - Your choice of text colors will make your theme very hard to use, try to choose colors for your theme that not only compliment the overall design, but also allow for easy use
but yea as i said it's not too bad at all considering

this is the window in which you make themes on o skin Right?
click on the preview button in the upper window...
when you click preview . the screens will open up...
like this
when the screens open up.. just download any screenshot capturing software like Fast-stone capture or MW Snap.. its free. . you dont need to print screen everytime.
open the screenshot capturing software and take a 240 X 320 picture from that preview window.. and make a preview from those pics... in paintshop pro.. or any other software...

I understood that daisy is making her themes on one of online creators (most likely the one that can be seen on Gaults example), but if I remember right from one of the previous posts, the PrintScreen button on her computer is not working... so, maybe Rod you could gave us the name or some other clue what is the name of her theme, so Gault could find it on the mentioned site and maybe help daisy by making preview... or me of any of us can do it, if daisy really can't manage it on time...

cuz carbide only opens a .tdf file. it means a base file for the theme. like we have .psd in Photoshop..
