Certainly this theme needs cleaning.. the image you used in the above screen is 1600 X 1200... try using a smaller image 240 X 320

Your popup and Input1 are ok,

You have to change the Input2 and Morelist (sorrry for the mistake...)

Here is your Input1, which is good and the grid is well hexagonal:



Just take out the frame of it ! THEN cut out the inner side, and save the frame.

Then make new image... there you cut out from frame the middle, the necessary size to have a rest a size of your Input2.

Low down the upper side on the empty space to get the frame together.

That made, overpaste it on the "good" grid.



and finnally get this...:



Btw, your little window over the input place, is too high.... make it a bit lower and a bit more "fat" to better fit the text "Time"

I like to participate in this Theme challenge!

This is my entry for TMC 221. It's called "Natura", is a Sony Ericsson theme, compatible with version 4.6 and above models. The wallpaper is a Flash Lite 2.0 animated with shake it! feature, and i have skinned the media player. Theme looks better in the phone. I really like to receive your feedback (i'll make the same too), in order to improve the theme. No more words, here is the theme and preview!

luxury design! It's very elegant ;-)

mmm... i don't like the highlights, are the same color than the text. I recommend you that don't use images as highlight at first, use a simple o gradient color in blue, and use a contrast color for the text, for example white ;-)

Wow! my candidate to the , excellent work on icons, veru good contraste between background and highlights, and in general, very clear and usable theme ;-)

Theme looks very clear, but in my opinion, icons need to be more "strong", are very similar in colors to the background :-)

Make the browns in the status bar area darker, than your choice of text color will work fine, apply this idea to any other areas you are having same issues




@ Daisy use the second one, it has great flow and colors to it as for creating easy animations, grab a program like " easy gif " ( google for it ) it's very simple to use, you just make each img of the animation place it in the order you wish each frame to appear, and you can preview it's process as you build your animation too

very fun and easy tool to use.


@ gault very good end result- as for text colors I would certainly run with a red for this theme, as it really adds to the bling of the images etc

@ boxi blue - hmm very cool idea here, BUT text is very infact it is imposssible to read, my idea to fix this would be to find a nice paper texture stock, and use snippets of it to cover areas where text appears, just place it on top of areas eg: the hl's ( highlights ) but still make sure to leave some of the bricks on the hl visbale to the user, this would give great effect, and also make the theme user friendly

@ anjna - you should have made certain texts brighter in hue ( color hue ) as they are very dull and get lost inside some of the images imo, otherwise very nice

@ NVDVS1 - you really need to change the highlighted text from black to a nice orange imo, it's not working with your current color scheme, and it's also quite hard to read too. otherwise good work man.

@ mobilemaniak - you need to change the light blue softkey and selected text to a white, or a much brighter blue


@ bmrpeal - very nice work, but if i was you i would change the content text from black to white it will look better trust me.

i was in fact having a lot of difficulty with the text. at first glance the colors looks simple and plain enough, and one would think that selecting a text color would be easy, but it is not. i have had to keep changing my backgrounds just to keep it functional.......
i will try out your advice and see how it goes. i have also made some other subtle changes.....

i will be showing partial previews of my mario theme as well as my Ferrari Blue theme in a few hours from now

Im really confused about the colors of my theme. since The creamy color and Red color have two votes already. now you will vote for one from these two..

The red color looks more dazzlling and also matches with the sparks. while the Creamy color gives better visibility...
