Please try to show us your theme's preview in full size... You don't need to compress it.
It will be great to see all details at every theme's screen to make a comments more reasonable

i think the titles and highlight text is too dark. it is readable, sure, but a strain on the eyes.....

Yes, I agree with you that it is hard to arrange color, especially text colors in UIQ3. It is because some texts are not previewed in Theme creator. I have to test many times on the phone to find unreadable items.
For this HANDPRINT theme, I am playing with texts and testing it on my P1i. There will be some modifications and will show you later.

Changes to the theme:
1. animated wally added
2. white border added to all pop-up menus
3. input1 screen changed with a horizontal dividing line

Nope. none of the images look blur to me.
only one reading problem. in the input 2 box where the highlighted digit in the time is very hard to see.

Well, thhe firts thing I saw ... it is a significant gradient degradation -especially on da upper right side trough all pictures...

Should consider to make some dithering optimisation.

Other than that, ....mmm...dont know, what to say... looks cloudy...

But the most reproach is the colours "under" a theme - that you didnt even take in consideration...

ahh....nicely put by zjurina. sometimes its the colors that aren't even visible in a theme preview that completely ruin a theme. happened to me a lot of times earlier

yep...second theme


the new choice is going to give u a lot of problems. mainly functionality issues, due to the contrast between dark blue and white. my suggestion is try not to use contrasting colors in a background(i made that mistake with the Ferrari White theme)

see for yourself...the "messaging" is not readable.....or anything else that is on the white part of it.

besides, i LOVED your earlier white version



er....the desktop looks too busy. i don't kno why but it becomes a pain on the eyes to look at it...... i guess it's the big icons.....

Ys i made this theme for N95 only in OS and it is working fairly well with me..and i musing firefox as with IE os was giving problems to me also..

It's always nice to get a feel of people's reaction to one's pride & joy creation.
But it's equally important that you feel totally satisfied with it.

I personally like your 1st one - but if you're not "feeling it", then by all means take a leap of faith & change it... no one's going to fault you for being you and for wanting to be happy with your creations.
After all, helpful comments are well-meaning feedback from friends who really want you to see you develop a great style of your own.

@ boxie...the icons of N95 in OS gets resize automatically,so they will come to this size only whatever icons you use

imo the theme is lookin good
