One question

Are we allowed to make themes in <url snipped> theme creator or we have to use carbide.( have very lil knowledge of carbide though) never able to finish my theme in it!

But yes in <url snipped> also bars , softkeys clocks would all be my creation n would google for tha wallpaper ..sp pls guide us on this!

I would make theme for N95 or 6300 Nokia

Btw, do any of you know any specific sites where we can search for quality abstract wallpapers? Please share the links so all themers have more choice to play with. I will include the resources you shared in the 1st post.

AngelNaina is very good themer for nokia themes..i have asked her to join but she is fearing to see the legendary themers work n all and after seeing week 219 results of newbies with zero marks she is more afraid to particiapte!

So far I have this, very simple, very quick, and the wallpaper you see is called " Sonic " and is made by me, I am going for a very colorful abstract skin for this TMC, this skin will be all about usability

first of all, i tried to create a UNIQUE softkey design, but now somwhow it doesn't look too good any ideas?

also, i have a feeling that 176x220 themes are out of favour now.... so shud i try my hand at 240x320 instead? coz i have never done that b4

LOVE IT!! look n my gallery, most of my themes are abstract!

now is the difficult choice of what image to use! im not so sure about the first one I picked now!

I love the idea for the softkeys, only thing is while small words like those shown fit fine, other longer words will look funny, and be hard to read

And yes Boxiblue I think you should try your hands at 240 by 320 phone ports, ... but I think as a beginner you should first try just twin softs instead of triple set soft keys, I myself choose double simply as I can mod the softs more easily ( plus I don't own actually own a sony phone anymore lol.



I hope you make it, but i know how it is to be busy nice to see you around here, man it takes me back

Ok people as I said i am rather busy, and have work tonight, client stuff etc, so long story short here is my final for this week, FYI the wallpaper is also created by me and called " Colored Rain " hence the name of my entry

My aim for this skin was to keep it minimal in style, very user friendly, while still having some eye candy. I could have gone for for more detail with textures etc, but I did not feel it needed it.

Nice work all, here's my standby, I'm busy for the week so I'll post my finished in the next 2 days.
