Sorry I didn't vote everyone. I did not make it (see sentence above). However, I felt everyone should deserve comments at least so they are below. Great themes overall, it was lucky I didn't get to vote as it would have been hard. Sorry for the bad comments also, it was hard to find problems in the good themes thus some of my comments are being very nit picky.

Anyway my comments:

@mamaflump, Not bad, it's good to see the consistent colours. I would try making transparent highlights (well this is personal preference but I love them) and also adding a borders around the popup screen so you can distinguish between it and the background. Also, I think the pictures title image is too dark, it would have been better to continue the trend with the titles. The white in the highlights may make some text hard to read? Other than that good work.

@mohammed_intekhab, Very good background and I like the little design decisions you were playing with: Water bubbles for the tabs, also the curve on the picture title. May have been good to make all titles like this or the other though (consistency). I would like to see a 1px black border around the elements to make them stand out such as the highlight as at the moment it may blur into the background a bit too much?

@NVDVS1, Great use of colours, you have come a long way since you started. Only thing is on the eye of the hulk in the menus it maybe hard to read the text. Maybe adding a colour overlay may help this?

@your_mother, another good selection of a wallpaper. Nice highlights and titles. Good use of borders to distinguish these items. I can't think of any improvements. Very nice theme.

@angikati, as i said in your thread, simplistic and awesome.

@shalu2173, good use of colours, good creative designs with the highlights. Only critic is the media player being blue. Would have been better black.

@amijoon, The hearts for the tabs was a creative step. The theme could do with some title images though and I think borders and transparency will make the highlights a lot better. Also, think about the readability on the menus, the background is a bit too busy and blurring it with maybe a colour change for the text would make it much better.

@migoy_ghost, clown fish are great :D. The background maybe a bit busy and cause readability issues, blurring it would solve this or as you did with the popup- make it darker. Continuing the softkey throughout the theme would also improve consistency.

@sam1374, Good theme, good to see blurring in the menus to aid readability although you missed the contacts menu?

@dragon2590, good as always. Not sure about the readability of the text on the popup with the stripes in the background? Maybe add some opacity to the stripes? It maybe fine on the phone though.

@Gault, Very good but again why is there a blue media player? Is this something that cannot be changed? . Other than that good use of colours.

@rhtz, I don't know why but it reminds me of MGS. A softkey would have benefited this theme. The red also hurts my eyes but I probably need to get them tested . The titles are good, it would have been nice to see one for the tab screen also. It's good to see you blurred the background to make it more readable although it is still hard in places. Maybe play with the text colours? Good to see the input screens changed also (unlike on mine ).

@Emmsy, Another great theme. Good use of colours, not too crowded, readable. Would be good to see yellow media controls rather than blue and black text on the highlights under general?

@manitaaan, Nice theme. Creative components also.

@Azyrash, the X and the gradient for the popup is creative. Borders around the highlights. Good theme. Maybe unsaturate/tone down the background to the loading bar, the brown stands out too much. 3 menu screens, Are you hiding something?

well. the media player cant be changed in 3rd edition themes. it can only be changed in 5th edition and only Carbide 3.4 allows to create 5th edition themes.

Your TMC manager is back, so she will decide if she would present it this way. I personally think your suggestion is good.



Hehe, VS can't read your mind yet. I shared your suggestion with both VS & Maampia. I will be doing that with other judges too cause I think your system introduce some consistency among voters.

Also, we implemented a few suggestions from themers when asked for feedbacks a while ago, like open topic (by Patrick_Lippe), panel of judges (by a couple of themers), 2 week event (by Maampia), anonymous voting etc in the hope that these will make TMC better, fairer, more fun.

By now, I still remember that I guessed 4 out of 5 themes too, and got the winner right.
But since all the vote were hidden according to the rule, so tomorrow or a day after, I may forget all what I voted. Hope that won't happen.

my highlights, at the beginning, they were solid. I made them transparent by accident (I reduced the opacity on the wrong layer ) and I kind liked them more
