It is based on lots of things, downloads, uploads, ratings of uploads, what you have uploaded, if it is featured or not, forum post count, forum reputation, what your current cp is etc.

Don't worry about it too much. It is being totally revamped in the near future where it will be more clear how it works .

Thanks for the explanation, but from what I understand is that not enough that only 1 item, game ..... have more than 150,000 downloads as I have 1 if they have more factors that influence

As I said the system will be changed very very soon so it is not worth worrying about it .

To be honest i do not know the algorithm so i cannot really say how it is worked out. All i can tell you is the factors it takes into account. There has been a lot of debate about this subject thus why the current system is being changed.

so can we have some cp until its gonna be changed?

Unfortunately there is no way I can give or take CP from anyone as there is no "person" factor .

The new system will be released along with: http://www.mobile9.com/invboard/index.php?showtopic=61543 which is said to be due very soon. Within a week if all goes to plan.

remember that the posts made in some parts of the forums like "jokes and games" do not count towards the total.
in any case, your forum posts have very little effect on CP. it is mainly based on ur uploads, and ur participation in the forum competitions.

but i wouldn't worry too much about CP now, coz the system is soon gonna be changed completely...and for the better
