nice work with the mobile9 draft, but i would suggest you don't flip the "b" like u did. for someone who doesn't know it is the mobile9 draft, it will look like the moDile9 draft

One More iPhone wallpaper.

4 Layers :

layer one original wallpaper
layer two Filter > Render > Clouds. colors foreground = black background = white blend mode = color dodge or overlay both will give nearly the same effect
layer three more clouds Ctrl + F re-use last filter this time change blend mode to color dodge or pin light
layer four fill with complete black = 000000 blend mode = screen , go to filters > Add noise > Gaussian 15% monochromatic. go to image > adjustments > levels increase the black and white until nice stars start to appear.

finish and save in Jpeg format. or .PNG if the background was transparent i used Jpeg so the quality remains good while the size remains small.
