You havent exactly narrowed down what type of clock you need so maybe the tutorial would be a good idea.
I mean whats the point in someone uploading a transparent Ferrari clock in PNG format for you for a Mickey Mouse theme.
If you are more specific, someone will be able to help you better

Hope this is what you want, 1 black and 1 white 3 6 9 12.

To complete all 12 spots...
duplicate the layer and rotate it 30 degrees to make 1 4 7 10 spots
duplicate it again and rotate it 60 degrees to make 2 5 8 11 spots

the seconds hand is rotating with 6 degrees for each second
