Today I loaded up a theme and I get this message (see attachement)
Themes Creator loads fine when run by itself but if i load a theme the below error is what I get.
I also have tried reinstalling to no avail!

Have you tried downloading it 'fresh' from the SE site?
If it worked before you must have the proper runtime environment installed....

Try deleting all entries connected to the Theme Creator in the registry?
