I'm new to mobile9. So I want to upload a theme but It alyways gives me back: Please fill out all of the requiered fields... although I did that!

I uploaded a theme recently & it was successful so even though you filled out all required fields, just double check....
1 - File format is correct & you haven't exceeded max file size
2 - Preview / Additional preview format is correct, you haven't exceeded max file size & the dimensions are correct.
All of this information can be found on same upload page.

You see that's the problem... I double, tripple checked everything and it still comes up with the message... For themes I uploaded the .nth file / size 360kb... / preview pic .jpg / preview pic size 60kb...
That OK isn't it? I have no idea why it gives me that message...
It could be your doing everything correct & it could simply be a bug but i upload S60 3rd Edition themes for Nokia & it seems alright, what phone type are you choosing from the list, for all those details you provided ?
You said the picture preview size was 60kb but also check to see if the dimensions are correct i.e width x height.

Can you provide a screenshot of the form filled out for us please.
