Hi, can anyone help please, My W810i has developed a problem, when making or receiving calls I can't hear anyone  but they can hear me, if I put the speaker on then its fine, but with speaker off there's no sound. I've updated the software, no joy, reset phone to factory settings, still no joy. Many thanks for any help/advice.

I think the problem is in the earphone.
Are you sure that the ear phone volume is not muted.

You can check whether your phone's ear phone is working or not by going to the secret menu in your SE phone.

A new window will open after you have pressed the keys correctly.

Now go to "services test". In services test select "ear phone" and check whether you can hear the sound from the phone's ear phone.
If you can't hear any sound then it is definitely earphone problem. Take your phone to a repair shop to fix this issue.
