I've now been here at M9 for about two months and I'm enjoying myself.
A lot of you are in different clans which seems fun and all. Even though it's nothing serious I thought it would be fun to have one too. So here we go.
I've spoken for a week or two with Retroboy about this since we are both from Scandinavia (he from norway, me sweden), we're both into emtreme music, we both like and create dark art. We felt we were a good match, and that's where we're starting from.
Coming up with a name took some time and sadly enough there's already the wolfpack, the wolf had been so great for us. But now we went with "Northern Nightwork". The name has many important ingredients that describe our work. The obvious Northern part which brings forth our origin. Nightwork has several meanings. It hints the direction of our work, the dark and mystical, and there's also the fact that both of us work best during those dark hours. There's also the fact that during the winter there's very few hours of sunlight in our countries.
The point of this clan is more or less just to gather people with the same style and interest under the same banner. And perhaps if one member gets a request and hasn't got the time the others might be able to fill in with just as good of a result.
We will soon add a banner in our sigs and maybe even a small site containing our themes and maybe some other work.
At the time there's only Zleepy and Retroboy in the clan, we feel this is a good starting-point.
If anyone feel that they are suited for the clan and wants to join please let us know and show us your work
You don't have to be from the Northern countries, it's cool if you are but it really doesn't matter. The important part is your style, interests and skill.
And even if you are a great themer you might fit better in another clan.
Oh well, there you go.
Just thought I'd let all of you know what we're up to.
