why are all my uploaded ringtones are getting rejected ??
i made them with such effort to share with m9ers but they keep getting rejected surrender.gif

They were rejected for one of the following reasons:
1. Copyright issues
cool.gif If it's in the charts it will be rejected: www.theofficialcharts.com/top40_singles.php
2. Ringtones have to be ringtone length (28 secs or less).
3. Ringtone is already in the gallery
4. Poor quality- very, very, quiet ringtones will be rejected.
5. Title of the upload is very ambiguous. For eg: song, mp3, funny
6. Unsuitable content- Please upload clean files only -no swaering
Please see the below forum topic for more clarification:

Actually as far as i remember i rejected them because u put the name of the artist in the title. You can upload them without artist name in title and will be ok. thumbsup.gif
Didnt reject them coz of sound quality for sure coz they all sounded great. 10.gif
So.. in case my memory is not so good (excuse me... age is my problem wink.gif ) and i rejected them because they were over 28 seconds - cut them and will be ok too wink.gif
Keep up the great work! And sorry about that - but rules are rules byebye.gif

I recently uploaded a ringtone that was rejected as a copyright. its an older tune and it was not stolen. i did however labeled it EMINEM FT DMX, was it rejected because i used artists name instead of the name of the song? i was unaware of this rule but i would like to correct the mistake and repost the song if i can. just want to be sure before i do because i dont want to get in trouble for reposting a song that was rejected. i can also tell you there is no foul language and is under 30 seconds.

You cant use name of the artist in your ringtone title. Thats why it got rejected. You can use the song name. Thats gonna be fine! thumbsup.gif

Please restore my deleted 5 ringtones. So that i could rename it without the artist's name. I did not know that the artist's name can not be in the name of ringtone. Here are their deleted links. Thank you.
