Hi everybody, currently i am working at a mobile industry company and our company need a DLL or tools that can do some file conversion.

The file format that want to convert are:
1. mmf to midi
2. mp3 to amr
3. mp3 downgrading (to reduce the size of MP3)
4. mp3 to wav
5. mp3 to mfm

(note: the intra conversion dll's in the same order as mentioned above also required)

Does anyone of u know where to get this kind of resource or SDK in order me to do development
