m9 members will be selected who fulfill the criteria for the award but we do hope that everyone will participate in voting for candidates they wish to receive the rewards putting the final decision in the hand of mobile9 members

ok guys i will not be too free after this 2 weeks cause i have started my DIGITAL ART DESIGN class in collage so i can be free for only 2 weeks time so i think i can participate in this one

really hope i will be selected by the admins

Nevertheless I'm still confused.

Some GT, CT and LT candidates are not active in theming last time.
such as: me, aapaii, manitaaan, muerte, RTP, mrklan and some others....

Will we must to award them for their previous skill? or (my offer) we must to award currently active themers only....

you should vote for the candidates you think deserve the reward the most.like shoutout and pantoflica wrote on previous page:
take into the consideration their work in the galleries,competitions and their activity in helping other members

if someone is not active atm as he/she was earlier,that doesn`t mean he/she won`t be back and continue the good work
