I DUNNO HOW TO SWTICH IT ON
SO CAN YOU GUYS HELP???

I'm not a 3250 user but a simple way to turn on screensavers in nokia phones is to go to your gallery and open up a picture file then press the left menu button for options and scroll through to get to a "set as wallpaper" function in the menu.

Hope this solves your issue
