i'm currently using w910i. tried to enter my inbox but received a message "operation failed".
tried restarting my phone, reseting, taking out my sim card but still doesnt work. when i tried to go to outbox, sent messages also receive the same message. cannot even recieve and send sms.

pls help.

if you have tryed a full factory reset. and it did not fix the problem send it back to service centre or do a swap in store
