i've posted this queiry b4 also....this the problem iam facing

i)the games folder does not open and it says operation failed

ii)the application folder does not open and it says operation failed

iii)when ever i try to install any java software it tries to install and says operation failed...it wont install.

iv)i checked the memory status of games n applications folder...both are 0 kb with 0 files

first i did a master reset....then i updated the software......

the software was updated n only speed n icon looks changed thats it but u know.....still problem persists

this is seriously bugging me...

i contacted the SE service place n they said software has to be updated which i already did....

donoo wat to do..........plzzzzzzzzzzzz help me....

This is not normal definetely.
If your phone has still quarranty, i suggest u should go there that u bought it and to change it or update it for once again.

no sir its was bought in Uk n iam using it in india....there is no warranty.....

so u mean to say there is no ......solution....how can i reinstall software...it seems software is corrupt..

but updattion shud clear all corruption....right....

plz help frenzz.....it happened when i was feeling very happy abt my fone n its applications..all screwed up

Try and re-install the firmware, as you bought it in the UK try this software.

thanx for ur response...if ur talking abt software update ...i did it twice..but no use.....

if "reinstalling firmware" mean something DeZal..can u plz tell how can i go abt doing it??

with the link u have provided it took me to the software update screen...which i hav done already...

plz help me if have any other solution.

mate, the same thing happened my phone. apparently we have downloaded a corrupted file. this means that all software downloads have now been corrupted. iv been checking all sources for about 2 months now and have only found 1 solution...new handset.

as i have had this fone for a long time and have become attached,

. il just do without the downloading of software.

if you find an alternative please let me know.

your firmware is not good you can only repair your phone by reflashing it!
