Skype, together with 3, have launched a new handset that lets you make free Skype to Skype calls and send free Skype instant messages from your mobile phone to other Skype users wherever they are in the world. Yes, you hear it right! Free calls to anybody around the world using a mobile phone.

In addition to Skype calls the phone makes conventional calls and can be used to access other 3G services too.

well its free when u make calls from skype phone to skype

phone or skype messenger installed pc using the internet i guess ...

(and u can even chat free but through internet) other than that

it offers no other free calling services ... thats for sure ...
