Full Version: Need Help On K510i
When i plug my phone in on my computer something pops up saying USB DEVICE NOT RECONISED. I dont know what to do so can someone please help me.
1. ensure that u have the appropriate copy of windows (Sp2 etc.)
2. try another usb port
3. check if your phone is working properly (may be needs update)
4. update your chipset driver

how do i update my phone? and i use a usb lead
with sony ericsson's software which u can find it at the site or at the phone store that u bought the device.
