I have been unable to open the games I have downloaded. can anyone help

ok..i have an lg vu and i downloaded a game off mobile9 (jar file) and i draged it into my phone, when i disconnected the phone i clicked the game in my phone (its in a memory card) it said "'download" i clicked it and in 2 seconds it took me to the game
p.s(i HAVE an unlimited internet plan [vison plan with rogers])

my question is am i going to get charged and how much?

mobile 9 doesnt charge for downloading the game, your operator may charge.

what game did you download?
i ask this as i cant understand why the game would ask you to download unless thats how your phone installs the game

i have an lg vu, i downloaded tetris and need for drift [plus guitar hero and doom but they didnt work] wen i put it into the phone it actually says where do u want to save the game, i choose "games" then it says download complete and takes me to the game right away
