Collection of very nice S60 themes here! 
You can make very nice bars highlights. Nokia tutorial, Vista and Black are all nicely done! Too bad I don't have a phone to try them on, but no doubt they look great on the screenshot you provided.

Just in case you haven't notice (which often happen with others as well), you have a homesite where all your themes uploaded are collected under an umbrella. Additionally, you have My Account where you can see the statistic of your uploaded themes, change your profile (perhaps let us know a bit about you, that would be fab) etc.
